When you complete the booking form, we collect the information you provide: name, email, phone number, requested service, date, pick-up location, destination, flight number and any additional details.

Purpose

This data is used solely to process your booking request, respond to you and, where applicable, carry out the requested service.

Legal basis

Processing is based on pre-contractual steps taken at your request, in accordance with Article 6.1.b of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Retention period

Your data is kept for 3 years from our last exchange, then deleted.

Recipients

Your data is shared only with Amber Prestige and its technical hosting and email-delivery providers, strictly as necessary to process your request.

Your rights

Under the GDPR, you have the right to access, rectify, erase and object to the processing of your data. You may exercise these rights by writing to contact@amberprestige.com.

Cookies

This website does not use any advertising cookies or third-party trackers. Only one technical cookie, required for the administration area to function, is used.
